Acceptance: Slots are not first come, first serve. I reserve the right to decline any requests. If I accept your request, you will receive a sketch and finalized quote for your approval within 2 weeks of your form submission. (Please check your spam before submitting again, as repeat requests will be ignored). 4 major edits to the sketch will be allowed during the approval period, before I decline the request.Creative Rights: DO NOT USE MODEL ART CREATED BY ME FOR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. Please. Commercial use OK. Model reselling is allowed; please notify me when you start selling it/it gets sold (so I can keep up with my vtuber creations :3). I will never use your model for my own personal use, unless I'm showing it for promotional purposes (ex. short clips/showcases to show rigging capability). Any clips made will be reserved until after any discussed publicity dates!Credit/Edit: Editing/adding to models is OK with credit, .cmo3 files will be provided for rigged models. Please credit me as your model artist somewhere on your profile AND your editor. (ex. Model by ChiiNymphia, edited by Editor).Payment: In USD via Ko-Fi. Full payment is preferred, but payment plans available on request. I won't start working on models until 50% has been paid, and files won't be handed over until the model is fully paid off. Please do not send any payment until everything is approved to start the commission.Refunds: If, due to personal reasons, I cannot complete the model, I will fully refund you. I will not provide any refund once finished art/files have been approved & delivered.
